Delivery Information

My aim is to dispatch all orders within 48hrs, however occasionally it can take up to 7-10 days of receipt of payment subject to the product availability or if I am away at an exhibition demonstrating. If in doubt please do not hesitate to ring me for availability.
Our delivery charge is based on the value of goods ordered throughout the UK and Europe.

If you are outside the UK, our delivery charge is based on the total weight and size of your order.

Please contact us by phone or email before placing your order for delivery outside the UK.

Returns Policy

We want our customers to be happy and completely satisfied with the purchase that you make from us at Lisa.B.Designs.

If you have a problem i.e. your goods arrive damaged or are faulty and you are not happy with your purchase we will try to resolve the problem and put the matter right.

If your goods are faulty or damaged, please e-mail us within seven days of receipt of your order.

We will contact you with a returns number and request you to return the goods to us by first class post.

We will refund the reasonable cost of your postage once we have received the goods.

Please do not return items without contacting us for a returns number.

Any shortages or discrepancies should be notified to us by e-mail immediately of receipt of your order.

If you have ordered the wrong products or simply changed your mind, you can return goods to us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods by contacting us for a returns number.

The products must be returned unopened and unused and in their original packaging, suitable for re-sale.

Please ensure they are correctly packaged to make certain they will not be damaged in transit.

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage but please obtain a free proof of posting from Royal Mail which can be used to make a claim if the goods are lost or damaged in transit.

You will be responsible and liable for the goods until safe receipt to our premises

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you would not be able to cancel any contract for services carried out by us (e.g. postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order and the items have been returned to us in perfect condition, we will then refund the purchase price for that item/items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds for returned items will be made by the original method of payment.

Refunds will be made to your account within 15 working days.
